The most important point of hot platen is good sealing and the temperature balance. With the Spring Festival coming, the last news of our company is about how we ensure the sealing of the oil circuit.
First, when hot platen is in the process of milling groove ,we will make it keep four steps.
Second ,the 10mm thick welding block will process to 60 angle chamfer before welding. When welding worker working, we flatting blocks and full welding the chamfer. Third, we using mold temperature machine to heating water or oil to specified temperature and pressure. We often keep it for 1.5 hour. Until we ensure there’s no leak at the welded chamfer, we continue to full weld the groove.
